This corn, wheat and malted barley mash Whiskey is a great choice for your favorite cocktail, over ice or even as a neat pour.  At just 92 proof, this Whiskey highlights the sweet and delicate flavors while maintaining a strong finish.  The grains in this Whiskey are locally sourced from Howick Township, but the hug at the end of a sip is straight from the hollers of Kentucky!

Private Barrel Selections

Contact us about our Private Barrel Program.  This program allows you to visit the distillery and choose a barrel from our inventory of mature barrels.  You can choose the barrel you enjoy most from the selection and get it bottled at your desired proof.  You will also be able to add your own custom artwork to the labels and take home the barrel that your Whiskey came from.
